Friends and partners call me Alex. I am 44 years old. I was born on November 25, 1976, in Latvia, in the suburbs of Riga, in a very poor family. At the age of 11, for family reasons, I moved to Mexico. It was a difficult time for me. I had to learn the language, get used to the Mexican set of mind and lifestyle. However, a year later, I went to school. I saw the life of people who were even more unfortunate than me, and I wanted to do something so that those people could live better.
This is how I started following my dream.
After graduating high school, I entered the Universidad Autónoma de Veracruz Villa Rica, Faculty of Information Technology. As a student just starting out in network marketing, I became a partner at such companies as Amway and Omnilife. At that time, I realized that I had a huge desire to create my own company. I dreamed that I would perform on stage with a microphone, and thousands of people would listen to me. In the MLM business, I learned how to make decisions, mastered my first oratory skills, acquired cold selling skills and managed to build a team of more than 1 000 people, most of whom were students, and several of my structures were outside Mexico: in Argentina, Chile and the USA. I devoted all my free time to my favorite sport —football. Back then, I wasn't yet able to grasp the full power of MLM; this understanding would come much later.
My hard work and self-education allowed me to be hired by BBVA Mexico after graduating from university and earning my bachelor's degree. After 3 years I was offered a position of financial consultant at Accenture, and in early 2002, I joined the company. That is where I first saw the power of affiliate programs and their future potential. After 6 years of work, I went into private consulting, and my next job was a CFO position at a fund where I managed assets of over $500 million. In 2013, I took a break to look around and figure out how to proceed. For a year, I traveled a lot, got interested in following trends, and studied trading in the foreign exchange market. I became a blockchain and digital asset enthusiast. In 2015, I began to develop my own blockchain projects, some of which I managed to sell successfully, and you know some of them very well. During that time, I realized what I wanted in life. My experience in the networking business, private consulting and management experience played a decisive role in this. I wanted to run my company, and it was supposed to be a mixture of everything that I could do. Since then, the thoughts about my own company never left me for a single day in my life.
Great things in business are never done by one person; there is always a team of professionals behind every large corporation. And in my life, I had the great honor of becoming a person who was able to gather several dozen very talented and devoted people in one place. In 2017, having collected all my life experience, together with the team, I set off to create the company of my dreams. And we succeeded—my dreams coincided with my capabilities, and a strong desire to create my own company coincided with my life and professional experience. Investments, startups, digital technologies, capital management, crypto industry, MLM, and connections around the world. Thanks to all this and my team, today, I am a successful CEO of Antares Limited, a company that brings together investors, startups, and services, giving everyone an opportunity to gain financial freedom and get a modern business education.
